Roasted Beet and Gorgonzola Salad


Our Roasted Beet and Gorgonzola Salad makes the perfect Friday lunch.  We take Mixed Field Greens, Roasted Beets, Apples, Candied Pecans, and Gorgonzola Crumbles, and toss it all in our own Balsamic Vinaigrette!
