Guests of the event heard about the benefits of a gluten free lifestyle and got to sample award-winning gluten-free and vegan pizza crusts from Venice Bakery which were then prepared by us, Rosti Tuscan Kitchen!
Dana’s diet is unique amongst fellow Olympic swimmers. In lieu of carb-heavy foods traditionally eaten by athletes, Dana adheres to a strict gluten-free diet which has improved her health and performance.
“Not being able to eat one of my favorite foods, pizza, was extremely disappointing until I found Venice Bakery’s gluten-free and vegan pizza!” Dana says. “Since eating my first bite of their gluten-free pizza, I was in heaven…they are by far the best that I have ever had!”
