Cooking: Pollo Al Mattone

We are preparing our Famous Pollo Al Mattone Entree! This Brick Pressed Chicken is Marinated in our own blend of Fresh Tuscan Herbs, & Grilled under an Italian Mattone Brick (as seen here). This juicy chicken can be ordered as a half chicken or whole.  And the dish comes with your choice of 2 side dishes: Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Sauteed Mushrooms, Checca or Sauteed Spinach with Garlic.
