The Rooster has long been a symbol of Chianti which is a red wine that is produced in Tuscany.  Since we are a Tuscan-style Italian restaurant we love our Roosters!  In each of our locations you will see several porcelain roosters as part of our decor.  Now here is the fun fact: we name each of our Roosters.  Most of them carry old, distinguished names like Walter, Cyde, and Cleatus... to name a few!  The next time you stop in say hello to some of our distinguished, porcelain friends!

All of our bread comes from Agostino Bakery in Oxnard, CA.  Agostino's is a family-owned bakery that was established in 1978.  Their Artisan Breads are baked fresh daily!  For more info on Agostino Bakery click HERE!

These beautiful antique copper pots are hanging in our Calabasas location.  These pots are not only gorgeous but they have sentimental value, these pots actually belonged to the great grandmother of Rosti's owner, Kevin!
