Una Racchetta: Half Pizza Half Calzone

Fresh out of our wood fired oven is our latest creation: Una Rachetta.  This dish is half pizza half calzone, and named after a tennis racket because of the shape. What do you think?  Should we add the Una Rachetta to our menu?
