Grilled Vegetable Foccacia Sandwich


What's for lunch?  How about a Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on fresh Foccacia Bread?  This sandwich has Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini and Tomatoes with Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese.  Served here with a delicious green salad.
