Chicken Piccata with Seasonal Vegetables and Cauliflower


Our delicious Chicken Piccata with a side of our Seasonal Vegetables and our new Spring Special Cauliflower side, makes the perfect healthy entree for dinner tonight!  This dish is made with a Chicken Breast Sauteed in a Lemon, Butter & Caper Sauce.  (Other side options include Capellini Noodles, Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms, Checca or Sauteed Spinach with Garlic.)
