Grilled Eggplant Parmigiano with Spinach and Potatoes

You know what makes a great dinner?  Our Grilled Eggplant Parmigiano with two delicious sides, that's what!  This dish is made with Grilled Eggplant, baked with Melted Mozzarella, Parmesan & Marinara Sauce.  It is served with a House Salad or your choice of 2 side dishes - Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Sauteed Mushrooms, Checca or Sauteed Spinach with Garlic.  Seen here with Spinach and Potatoes!
